What they need
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell swimming pool construction, renovation, equipment, accessories, and maintenance services.
- Conduct customer consultations and understand their pool requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Provide customers with appropriate pool equipment and product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team regarding pool design, specifications, materials, and installation requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and prospective customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms within company-approved guidelines.
- Monitor sales orders, deliveries, installation schedules, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, Project, and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new pool products.
- Participate in sales activities, trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate proper resolution with the concerned department.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
