Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is motivated, customer-oriented, and confident in communicating with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other required documents.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in field sales, retail sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
• Willing to communicate with customers in different English/Filipino dialects or local languages, when necessary.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and persuasive.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel or conduct field work, if required.
