Sales Representative

We're growing our Virginia Beach team and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people — not just someone who can tolerate it. This is a face-to-face, direct sales role where you'll be out meeting customers, learning what they need, and helping them find the right solution.

You don't need a sales background to get started. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or really any role where people were the job — you'll fit right in. We'll train you on everything else.

What You'll Do As Our Next Sales Representative:

• Present products and services in a way that makes sense for that specific person — not a one-size-fits-all pitch
• Start real conversations with customers and actually listen to what they're looking for before making a recommendation
• Walk customers through the process start to finish and make sure they feel good about the decision they made
• Show up to team meetings, stay sharp on your training, and keep your numbers clean
• Bring a professional, positive energy to every interaction — it matters more than people think

What We're Looking For From A Sales Representative:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; upper-level Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework is desired
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Someone who's easy to talk to and is a people-person
• Self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively
• Dependable, positive, and genuinely coachable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-first environment

Pay: $54,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
