Position: Sales Representative – Motor Spare Parts

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Motor Spare Parts team.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell motor spare parts to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with workshops, dealers, retailers and business customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable spare parts to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in motor spare parts, automotive, sales or related industries will be an advantage.
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, proactive and comfortable with customer visits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Mainland Penang.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive sales are welcome to apply.
