Sales Representative

About the role

This is a field-based sales role. You will meet customers at assigned locations, introduce and demonstrate wellness products, understand customer needs and help customers make suitable purchase decisions. We provide step-by-step product training, sales training and practical coaching to help you develop your confidence and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and demonstrate WINTOO wellness products to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Follow step-by-step sales process
• Work at assigned sales locations
• Learn practical communication, presentation and closing skills
• Attend product and sales training
• Work together with experienced team leaders during training
• Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based commission

• Enjoy communicating and meeting new people
• Willing to learn and accept coaching
• Positive attitude and willing to take action
• Comfortable working in different assigned locations
• Want to improve communication and sales skills
• Motivated by performance and income growth
• Can work independently as well as with a team
• Sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
