About the role
This is a sales position focused on developing new clients, tailoring customer service solutions, and maintaining existing client relationships in the food and FMCG industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new clients, tailor customer service solutions, maintain existing client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Follow up on customer orders and after-sales services to improve customer satisfaction
- Assist the team in completing sales plans and preparing sales reports
- Participate in exhibitions and promotion activities to enhance brand popularity
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer preferences and industry trends
- Complete other work assigned by superiors
About you
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade or related fields
- 1-2 years or above sales experience in food and FMCG industry
- Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also acceptable
- Capable of working independently and equipped with team cooperation awareness
- Available for business trips
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
