About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Chon Buri on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Vong Chai Co.,Ltd. This is a key position that will have a direct impact on the company's success and your performance will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and excellent service
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations and documentation for clients
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline developments using our CRM system
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to the sales management team
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
• Attend trade shows, networking events and other sales opportunities to promote our offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the retail, wholesale or B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection and objections
• Fluency in Thai and English is preferred
• Willingness to travel locally within the Chon Buri region as required
