Job Summary

Saraswathy Pooja World is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Pollachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or pooja products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store sales.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with the store team.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain accurate billing, stock movement, and daily sales records.
• Promote new arrivals, festive collections, and special offers.
• Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized showroom.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil (Malayalam is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work during weekends and festival seasons.
