Your Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of All Home Roofing & Pest Solutions — educating homeowners on our services and helping them protect and improve their property.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door residential sales
• Conduct property inspections and identify roofing or pest control needs (training provided)
• Present service options, warranties, and pricing with professionalism
• Close sales and maintain strong follow-up with customers
• Participate in daily team meetings and training
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales in CRM
• Represent the company brand with honesty, confidence, and enthusiasm

Work Expectations

• Full-time schedule, typically Monday–Saturday
• Daily field activity averaging 100-200 door knocks per day
• Maintain a professional image and deliver top-tier customer service
• Hit personal and team sales goals consistently
• Attend weekly performance reviews and incentive meetings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, roofing, pest control, solar, alarms, or home improvement preferred (training available if you are new)
• Must be coachable, ambitious, and highly motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners face-to-face
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel or relocate (company covers housing and flights if needed)
