Duties

• Drive to various locations to meet with potential clients.
• Upon completion of training, be able to professionally quote provided services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Promote and upsell products or services tailored to customer needs, enhancing their experience and increasing sales.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote special offers.
• Follow up and visit previously completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and offering effective solutions.

Experience

• Prior customer service experience or background in customer support is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
• Experience in sales or client services roles.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
