Exotic Motors is looking for a motivated and driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with their vehicle needs
• Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Build relationships with customers and follow up with potential buyers
• Present vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options
• Assist customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Work with our finance team to help customers complete their purchase
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with leads
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience is preferred, but automotive experience is not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, energetic, and self-driven
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and CRM system
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
