Job Description

Bepec Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Rep to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
• Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with Leads
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
