Sales Representative – FMCG (Perishable)

Henties Juice a well-known perishable product manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to manage, grow and service a designated route in the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build long-term loyalty with store managers and buyers within your assigned territory.
• New Business Development: Actively identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our market share.
• Trade Execution & Merchandising: Ensure stock is adequately merchandised, rotated, and highly visible at the point of sale.
• Order Processing: Accurately take store-level orders and coordinate with the logistics/delivery team for timely fulfilment.
• Market Intelligence: Report on competitor activity, pricing shifts, and customer preferences to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG.
• Transportation: Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and reliable own transportation.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and field sales tools (e.g., Skynamo).
• Languages: Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) is highly advantageous

Pay: R12 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
