Job summary: Thomas contractors is seeking a motavatited and professional sales Representative to develop new business opportunities throughout Oregon and Washington.the sales representative will be responsible for identifying potential construction projects, contacting property owners, contractors, developers, property management companies and other potential clients and generating new work for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying pursue new construction and remodeling opportunities throughout Oregon and Washington
• make outbound calls, emails, and in person visits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, property managers, developers, and other industry professionals.
• follow up on leads and potential projects
• develop referral and repeat business relationships
• maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, follow ups, and opportunities
• communicate customer needs and project information to the estimating and construction team

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
