Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and develop accurate project estimates.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including estimators, project managers, and operations to ensure project success.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity and pipeline.

Other Duties:

• Attends relevant community association and trade show events
• Occasional after hours marketing events and shows as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Full Time Exempt Position - Salary based on experience.
