Sales Representative

We are looking for a Shop Sales Representative to join our team and assist customers with their auto parts needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries about auto parts and products.
• Identify the correct auto parts based on the customer's vehicle, model, and requirements.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Promote and recommend suitable products to customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team regarding product availability and orders.
• Monitor sales and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of products in the shop.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• With experience in auto parts sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic vehicle components is preferred.
• With experience in wholesale or retail sales is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Have knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
