Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, email, and other channels
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Present and explain products or services to prospective customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product or service information
• Follow up with leads and existing prospects
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Team on campaigns and sales strategies
• Prepare basic sales reports as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related role
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in speaking with potential customers
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Willing to work on-site

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
