Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new client leads and sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and client tracking updates.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

About you

• Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering is a strong advantage, but graduates of any relevant field or applicants with equivalent sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development is a must.
