Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as generating leads and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete our sales training program
• Generate your own leads through referrals, door knocking, and networking
• Run company-provided leads
• Coordinate meeting with homeowners
• Conduct and document roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on their roofing systems’ needs
• Create accurate estimates for jobs
• Generate leads
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Participate in pre-installation meeting with crew at job site
• Check in on jobs to ensure they’re progressing successfully
• Abide by the company's established policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Able to carry a ladder & walk on a roof
• Must have valid driver's license
• Critical thinker
• Strong communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience in sales preferred but not required
• Experience in the roofing industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,624.00 - $150,000.00 per year
