Sales Representative

• Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products or vehicles.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options to customers.
• Generate new leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives when required.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate with customers and support the sales process from inquiry to final delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain showroom presentation and follow company sales policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹9,136.35 - ₹15,787.40 per month
