Position: Sales Assistant – Car Rental

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Car rental / automotive sales experience preferred

System Knowledge: Abboushi System experience is required/preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle daily car rental sales and customer inquiries.

* Promote rental packages, upgrades, and additional services.

* Manage reservations, contracts, extensions, and vehicle availability.

* Follow up with customers and generate new business opportunities.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

* Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.

* Accurately update customer and rental information in the Abboushi System.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

* Prepare and maintain rental invoices, receipts, and customer account statements.

* Monitor customer payments, outstanding balances, and collections.

* Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

* Maintain accurate records of daily sales and rental transactions.

* Reconcile customer accounts transactions.

* Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments, refunds, deposits, and adjustments.

* Assist with monthly sales and accounts reports.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in car rental sales is an advantage

* Hands-on knowledge of Abboushi System

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong customer service and sales attitude

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

* Available to join immediately is preferred
