Sales Representative

• JIT Express is a growing logistics company in Miami seeking a motivated Logistics Sales Representative to develop new business and manage domestic shipping accounts (FTL/LTL).
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and close new domestic shipping accounts
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Identify shipping needs and provide pricing solutions
• Work with operations to ensure successful shipments
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience required (logistics/transportation a requirement)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable in a commission-based role

Pay & Benefits:

• Base salary: $42,000–$52,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission based on gross profit
• OTE: $65,000–$85,000+ in first year
