Cannabis Sales Representative

We are a growing California cannabis brand looking for a Sales Representative to expand our retail presence and develop relationships with licensed dispensaries.

This is a field-based sales role focused on visiting dispensaries, introducing our products to buyers and store managers, opening new accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Visit licensed dispensaries within the assigned territory
• Present the brand and product line to buyers and store managers
• Develop new retail accounts and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with dispensary partners
• Follow up with buyers and support repeat orders
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and account communication
• Share market and customer feedback with the team

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with in-person sales and visiting retail locations
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

$40,000–$100,000 per year

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and will depend on experience and sales performance.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
