Sales Representative

Tasty Kona is located in the downtown oceanfront shopping district of Kona. We specialize in specialty, artisan-made items from Hawai'i brands and small businesses around the world. In the spirit of island hospitality, our staff are expected to offer a fun and unique shopping experience for residents and tourists. Our priorities are to provide thoughtful, customized, unique customer service for each visitor.

We have a positive work environment with weekly bonuses plus 10-20% Sales commission. Minimum 1 year retail experience needed. Additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Greet and direct customers in a boutique specializing in locally made products.

• Provide product information, demonstrations, & samples to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

• Demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of products.

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise items for best visual & shopping experience.

• Operate POS, and handle cash payments and credit card processing
