Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell the company's industrial and commercial products.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the office and warehouse team for order processing and delivery.
• Collect market information, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection from customers when required.
• Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads and sales activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales / field sales / industrial sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
• Knowledge of industrial products, tools, lifting equipment or construction materials will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
