What they need
Promote and sell rubber parts for the automotive industry.
Manage, service and grow customers.
Develop new customers and identify new sales opportunities.
Drive sales growth and work towards sales targets.
Visit customers regularly and travel outstation when required.
Follow up on enquiries, orders and customer needs.
Share market feedback and customer insights with the team.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fresh candidates and experienced sales candidates are both welcome.
Training and product knowledge will be provided.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Strong sales drive, positive attitude and determination to achieve results.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and take ownership of a sales territory.
Ability to communicate in Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
