Sales Representative

About the Role

LA Fitness is looking for a motivated, outgoing Membership Sales Representative to help grow our club. You'll sell gym and Pilates memberships and build our presence in the community through daily business-to-business outreach. If you love talking to people, thrive on goals, and want to earn commission for your hard work, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Market the club daily by visiting local businesses in the area to build relationships and generate leads
• Collect 10–15 new contact names and phone numbers each day
• Drop off guest passes at local businesses to bring new visitors into the club
• Make outbound phone calls and send text messages to follow up with leads
• Book appointments and consistently turn those appointments into shows
• Give club tours and present gym and Pilates membership options to prospective members
• Close sales and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with strangers
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own daily outreach
• Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred but not required, since we'll train the right person
• Interest in health and fitness is a plus
• Reliable transportation for local business visits
