Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

Job Type: Full Time Contractor

Work Location: On site

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: Commission Based

We are a water treatment manufacturing and distributing company in Phoenix. We specialize in advanced, premier-quality water treatment products and soft condition water solutions for homeowners. Our team works to meet the highest standards of our customer care, product quality, and professional service while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence, ethical conduct, progress, unity, and success.

We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers.

This is a commission-only position, with earning potential based on individual sales performance.

The qualifications for this job are

• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Must be able to clearly read, write, speak and understand English

• Must have good communication skills and must be able to work well in a team environment

• Must be comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions

• Must have strong closing and negotiation skills

• Must be comfortable conducting presentations and product demonstrations

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying Arizona weather conditions

• Must pass a drug test prior to employment and regular drug tests thereafter

• Must have basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Must pass a background check

• Must have experience working with commissions and performance-based pay structures

Physical

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Must be able to use a computer or phone regularly

• Must be able to travel to client locations

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Education

• Must have a High School Education or GED

Experience

• Must have at least 3 years of knowledge and experience in Sales, customer service, or business development

• Must have success in cold calling and lead generation

License / Certification

• Must hold a valid Arizona driver's license.

Pay: $900.00 - $13,500.00 per week
