Cardiff Sales Representative – No Experience Needed

We're growing our Cardiff sales team and want confident, driven people to join us in a self-employed, door-to-door position. No experience required asthere’s full training and daily coaching are provided right from the start.

You'll be out meeting customers face-to-face in residential areas, having real conversations and helping people find services that suit them. Support and coaching continue well beyond your first week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting customers face-to-face, door-to-door, in residential areas
• Understanding customer needs and offering the right solution
• Presenting our services clearly and professionally
• Handling questions and objections with confidence
• Recording your customer interactions accurately
• Working with your team to hit shared targets
• Attending regular training and coaching sessions
• Commuting daily to our Cardiff office
