This position plays a strategic role, acting as a bridge between patients, the clinical team, and insurance companies. We are looking for someone with strong telephone communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in dental administrative processes.

What will you do in this role?

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients, providing clear, empathetic, and professional information.
• Manage administrative tasks related to dental billing, including charges, payments, and follow-ups.
• Verify dental insurance and confirm patient benefits, coverage, and eligibility.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding clarifications, authorizations, and follow-ups.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Ensure administrative information is correct before and after each appointment.

Profile we are looking for

• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-service-oriented demeanor.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Residency in Cancún.
