What they need
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales engineer. Basic knowledge of the plastics industry. Candidates with experience selling plastics or cutting tools are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent English proficiency is a must, as English is the primary business language. Basic knowledge of Tagalog is helpful but not always necessary.
- Marketing-oriented and able to work towards company targets.
- Honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Strong ability to analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Having a personal vehicle and a driver's license.
- Base salary: USD 600-1,000, depending on skills, excluding commission and benefits.
- Salary will be paid in USD.
