Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift: Night Shift — 9:00 PM–6:00 AM

Work Setup: On-site only! No work-from-home or remote setup is offered

Location: Jayden Center Building, 402 M.C. Briones St., Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Make outbound calls and connect with potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records
• Improve your sales approach based on performance results
• Experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development is preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills

Comfortable handling rejection and making frequent calls

• Organized, proactive, coachable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
