We’re looking for a kind, outgoing, and happy Sales Representative to join our light and bright shop in beautiful downtown Steamboat! If you love connecting with people, sharing local products, and spreading joy, this is the job for you. You’ll sell our delicious honey, natural skincare products, and other amazing goods from small local businesses.

• Pay: $16/hour flat rate + tips and uncapped commission rate. This means the size of your paycheck will directly correlate with how much you sell during your shifts. Commission rates are determined by an employee's current commission tier within the company. Our tier system is based on an employee's standing within the company, determined by meeting expectations around attendance, handbook policy compliance, customer service, and operational standards.

Important Responsibilities:

• Be sure to acknowledge and greet every customer and visitor in a friendly manner.
• Have a full education and understanding of all products sold within the store, and the ability to answer any questions regarding them.
• Engage with all customers in an outgoing, polite, and intelligent manner in order to sell products. Give samples of honey, hive-based skincare, and bee-themed items.
• Close our register and clean store and backstock areas at closing (plus doing daily and weekly task lists with other team members.
• Restock the store on an ongoing basis.
• Actively communicate with the Store Manager about all questions, concerns, absences, or scheduling changes in a timely manner.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. at once.
