Job Description

OMAD Builders & Developers is looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Present and promote OMAD Builders & Developers' properties and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
• Negotiate with customers and successfully close deals.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to build trust and maintain good customer relationships.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
