About The Role

Srinovate is hiring a Sales Executive to connect with business owners, explain our services, manage follow-ups, and help convert qualified leads into clients.

This is a target-based remote role for candidates who are comfortable speaking with people, handling objections, and working independently.

RequirementsMandatory

• Fluent Hindi communication
• Basic English understanding
• Laptop/Desktop
• Stable internet connection
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Comfortable working with targets
• Able to update Google Sheets and WhatsApp daily
• Available to work 6 days per week
• Comfortable submitting daily work reports

Preferred

• Telecalling experience
• Sales experience
• Digital marketing sales experience
• Agency sales experience

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Call assigned leads provided by the company
• Explain company services clearly
• Understand client requirements
• Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects
• Update lead status daily
• Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets
• Achieve agreed weekly and monthly targets
• Submit daily work reports
