Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Car Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and budget.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives when required.
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Negotiate prices and close sales while meeting company targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, documentation, and other required paperwork.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Stay updated on vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Automotive/car sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
