Titan Storm Restoration is looking for motivated sales representatives to join our growing roofing and restoration company. If you’re outgoing, driven, and enjoy meeting homeowners, this opportunity gives you the freedom to set your schedule and earn commission based on your results.

Compensation

• Earn 50% commission on project profit, with opportunities to earn up to 60%.
• Our average project size is approximately $35,000.
• Commission is calculated on project profit, rather than the total contract amount.
• For example, a project with $10,000 in profit would pay $5,000 at 50% or $6,000 at 60%.
• Actual earnings depend on completed projects, project profitability, and your commission rate.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and restoration needs.
• Explain our services, prepare proposals, and secure signed contracts.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with our production team to keep homeowners informed throughout their projects.

• Sales or roofing experience is a plus.
