Sales Representative

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential customers who are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
• Sales Presentations and Demos: Presenting the company's offerings to potential customers and demonstrating the value of the product or service.
• Negotiating and Closing Sales: Negotiating the terms of the sale and ensuring the deal is closed.
• Managing and Nurturing Existing Customer Accounts: Developing strong relationships with current customers to ensure repeat businesses and up selling opportunities.
• Customer Service and Problem Resolution: Acting as the point of contact for any issues customers may face, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving problems promptly.
• Achieving Sales Targets and KPIs: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
• Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on goals and improve customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or science-related fields.
• At least 2 years of sales experience / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
