WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Help customers choose appliances and furniture that fit their needs and budget
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, warranties, and delivery options
• Build relationships with customers and follow up with potential buyers
• Work toward sales goals and maximize your commission opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of our current inventory and promotions
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with customer outreach and online marketing when needed
• Make sure customers have a great experience from the moment they walk in until their purchase is delivered

Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable personal transportation is required
• Smartphone is required for communication, customer follow-up, and marketing
• Must be able to work in person
• Must be dependable and able to arrive at work on time
• Previous appliance, furniture, retail, or commission-sales experience is a plus
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION

High Commissions + Daily Base Pay

This is a commission-driven sales position where motivated salespeople have the opportunity to earn strong income.

The more you sell, the more you can earn.

We have an established customer base, a wide variety of products, and same-day delivery, giving our sales team additional tools to help close sales.
