Sales Representative

About the Role

Zeno Global provides Agency Advertising Account solutions for international sellers, advertisers, and agencies.

We are expanding in the Philippines and looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join our international team. You will be responsible for independently identifying, prospecting, approaching, and developing potential customers in the Philippines market. Key responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, online communities, and other relevant channels
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Reach out to potential customers through WhatsApp, calls, social media, email, and other online channels
• Understand customers’ advertising needs and recommend suitable Zeno Global solutions
• Clearly introduce our services, pricing, advertising account features, and relevant policies
• Consistently follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agencies, advertisers, and business clients
• Provide basic support to customers and coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales updates

About you

• Experience in Sales, Outbound Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or a related role
• Proven ability to independently find and approach potential customers
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building a sales pipeline from scratch
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
• Stable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
• Experience in Digital Marketing, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, E-commerce, or Advertising Agencies is a plus
• Experience working with international customers is an advantage

Working Hours

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
