Homestyle Home Improvements LLC is looking for experienced Construction Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Northeast Ohio.

This is a hybrid sales position designed for experienced salespeople who know how to generate their own business while also taking advantage of company-provided opportunities.

Previous construction, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, window, or similar in-home sales experience is required.

How the Position Works

Approximately 50% of your focus will be self-generated sales.

We want representatives who are comfortable building their own personal brand and book of business. This includes:

• Door knocking and neighborhood canvassing
• Generating your own roofing, siding, window, and exterior remodeling leads
• Working neighborhoods where Homestyle projects are currently being completed
• Prospecting storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Building your personal brand through networking and social media
• Developing referral relationships
• Following up with previous prospects and customers
• Creating opportunities instead of waiting for leads to be handed to you

The other 50% of the position will consist of running company-generated leads and appointments.

Homestyle invests in marketing and lead generation, and qualified representatives will have opportunities to run appointments generated through the company.

What You’ll Sell

Our representatives have the ability to sell multiple exterior home improvement products, including:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Replacement windows
• Entry and patio doors
• Gutters
• Other exterior remodeling projects

Our primary focus is retail sales, although representatives may also encounter storm-related roofing opportunities while canvassing and prospecting.

What We’re Looking For

Construction sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous roofing, siding, window, remodeling, or construction sales experience
• Understands how to inspect a property and identify sales opportunities
• Is comfortable measuring and discussing exterior projects with homeowners
• Can confidently present proposals and close sales
• Understands that consistent follow-up is a major part of the sales process
• Is comfortable door knocking and prospecting
• Is willing to generate their own leads
• Wants to build their own name and reputation within the market
• Is organized and able to manage leads through a CRM
• Has strong communication and customer-service skills
• Is self-motivated and does not need to be constantly managed

This Is Not a Lead-Only Sales Position

We are not looking for someone who simply wants company appointments handed to them.

We want experienced salespeople who are willing to build their own pipeline while Homestyle supplements that pipeline with additional company-generated opportunities.

The more business you generate, the more opportunities you have to sell.
