Sales Representative

Rtees Beauty & Wellness Studio is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and sales-driven professional to manage client relationships while driving service and product sales. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service skills with strong marketing and sales ability to enhance client experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally (in-studio & online).
• Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
• Handle client complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment for feedback and retention.
• Promote and sell spa services and skincare products Online and offline
• Recommend treatments and homecare products based on client needs.
• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Convert inquiries into paying clients.
• Source and engage new prospects (online & offline).
• Creating and posting social media content.
• Support promotions, campaigns, and special offers.
• Build partnerships and referral networks.
• Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Experience in customer service or sales (beauty industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Social media literacy (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok).
• Well-groomed, professional, and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month
