Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and business locations regularly.
• Promote and sell company products such as Biometric Devices, CCTV Cameras, Security Systems, and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for orders.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for customer requirements.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and follow-up records.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Ability to communicate in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Previous experience in CCTV, biometric, security systems, or IT products will be an advantage.
