Sales Representative

The Cleveland Plant & Flower Company is seeking a driven sales representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter driven to learn and excel at their job.

Candidate should have/be able:

· A strong background in sales. Floral industry knowledge is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to make customer relationships and drive sales

· Ability to work alone or along side a team.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Sales people are expected to maintain a current awareness of new product, new uses for old product and trends in the industry, so that they will be important to the customer and an asset to the company.

· Must be able to lift and move boxes of product weighing up to seventy (70) pounds with no other employee's assistance

· Must be able to use material-handling equipment to transfer products throughout the company facility.

· Make sales calls and deliveries periodically away from the company facility unassisted by other employees.

· Must have High School diploma or equivalent.

· Speak, write and understand the English language.
