Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail stores or on the road to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized communication
• Conduct route driving efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe driving practices
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate records
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when merchandising or transporting automobile parts or equipment
• Maintain knowledge of pricing strategies, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred; ability to operate commercial trucks or automobiles transportation vehicles
• Experience in retail store environments or customer relationship building is highly desirable
• Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and order totals accurately
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, route driving, and safe lifting practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and team collaboration
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during merchandising or transportation tasks
• Basic understanding of sales techniques, upselling strategies, and merchandising principles
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, route planning, and client records effectively
