SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting tiles and other construction/finishing materials
• Explain product features, prices, available stocks, and promotions
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries
• Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and designers
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/delivery team
• Maintain an organized and attractive showroom display
• Meet assigned sales targets
• Prepare daily sales updates and customer follow-up reports
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management

About you

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, vocational graduate, or college level
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to learn about tiles and construction materials
• Computer literate and comfortable using messaging/social media platforms for customer inquiries
• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and goal-oriented
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in tiles, construction materials, hardware, home improvement, or retail sales (preferred)
• Experience preparing quotations and handling customer accounts (preferred)
