Sales Representative

GTA · Full-time · $18–22/hr base plus uncapped commission

What you'll do

• Prospect and book meetings with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food brands
• Walk in, call, DM, and email to generate leads
• Run discovery meetings and present Foxy's social media packages
• Close new monthly retainer clients
• Track leads and the pipeline in our CRM
• Hand off new clients smoothly to the content team

What we're looking for

• 1+ year in sales (B2B, agency, or hospitality is preferred)
• Confident in person and comfortable with door-to-door and cold outreach
• Understands social media marketing and can explain its value to business owners
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid G licence and a reliable vehicle
• $18–22/hr base pay, based on experience
• 10% commission on each new client's first 3 months of retainer
• Example: one $2,000/month client earns you $600 in commission
• Commission is paid monthly as client payments come in
• Uncapped: the more clients you close, the more you earn
• Higher commission tiers for top performers
