Sales Representative – Western Australia

Join an established Australian manufacturing company with 40+ years’ industry experience.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across Western Australia.

The role includes:

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships, including key accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Western Australia.
• Meet sales, volume and budget targets.
• Provide product and technical support to customers.
• Ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Manufacturing and Warehouse to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Manage allocated expenses and complete regular sales and market reports.
• Maintain compliance with company quality and operational procedures.
• Travel to Melbourne Head Office as required.

About you:

• 3–5 years’ sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Plastics/product knowledge highly desirable
• Strong sales, communication and technical skills
• Good market knowledge and customer relationship skills
• Strong reporting, computer and organisational skills
