Sales Representative

Major Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within defined territory.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with medical supervisor and target HCPs.
• Territory Business Planning/Execution and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives.
• Increase awareness of the assigned therapeutic area, and help HCP identify treatment gaps in diagnosed patients.
• Attend and represent Company at industry conferences/congresses.

Qualifications

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Optometry.

• Experience:
• 1+ years’ experience in Eye care/Ophthalmology medical devices relevant work environments.
• Understand healthcare institutions and commercial/Medicare /Medicaid managed care landscape
• Knowledge and Hard Skills:
• Good communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge and flexibility with solid execution, demonstrated ability to drive results.
• The ability to read, write and understand in English.

Mobility

Willingness to travel occasionally (domestically).
