Paramount Property Solutions is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Exterior Remodeling Sales Representatives serving homeowners throughout the DMV area, including Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, and complete exterior remodeling projects for residential properties.

No industry experience? No problem. We provide training to help you learn our products, sales process, inspections, customer communication, estimating, and how to build and manage your pipeline.

Compensation

• Commission-based position

What You'll Sell

• Roofing
• Siding
• Windows
• Gutters
• Doors
• Exterior trim
• Soffit and fascia
• Complete exterior remodeling and home improvement projects

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up with leads throughout the DMV area
• Meet with homeowners and inspect exterior remodeling projects
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present project proposals
• Guide customers through the sales process
• Maintain communication throughout the project
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Work closely with our production and management teams
